Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery after training (e.g., conveyors, basic filling/packaging lines, simple machine controls)
Inspect products for defects and follow quality check procedures
Package finished goods and label them for shipping
Follow safety rules, PPE requirements (gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.)
Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S/housekeeping)
Record production data (counts, downtime notes, quality checks) when required
Report equipment issues, waste, or defects to a supervisor immediately.
Required Skills & Qualification
No formal Education is required, Ability to stand, lift, and work on foot for long periods
Attention to detail (quality and correct assembly)
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Teamwork and shift reliability
Good hand-eye coordination for assembly/packing tasks
