Core responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks (cleaning, lubrication, minor adjustments) and report larger issues to maintenance.
Follow and enforce safety, hygiene, and environmental procedures (lockout/tagout, PPE, spill response).
Maintain accurate production logs, shift reports, and material usage records.
Keep work area organized and compliant with 5S/housekeeping standards.
Assist with inventory counts, raw material staging, and finished goods handling as needed.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by reporting inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.
Required skills & qualifications includes: High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools and gauges (calipers, micrometers).
Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and SOPs.
Basic math and data-entry skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality under production pace.
Good communication skills and ability to work on a team.
