Job Details:
Conduct changeovers and line starts/stops according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Run in-process quality checks (weight, fill level, seal integrity, pH, Brix, microbial checks when required) and record results.
Complete required production, sanitation, and traceability paperwork (batch logs, production reports, deviation logs).
Participate in Clean-In-Place (CIP) and sanitation procedures; follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Identify and report equipment faults or safety issues; escalate maintenance needs; assist maintenance for troubleshooting when trained.
Follow all food safety, HACCP, and workplace safety requirements (lockout/tagout, PPE).
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
Required qualifications & skills:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and checklists.
Basic math and computer/data-entry skills for logs and MES/ERP entry.
Teamwork, communication, and ability to work under production pressure.
Ability to read labels, batch sheets, and basic instrumentation.
