Job summary: Prepares, bakes, and finishes breads, pastries, and other baked goods under direction; maintains production standards, kitchen cleanliness, and food-safety compliance; assists head baker in routine production and inventory tasks, Pack, label and date finished products for sale or delivery.
Maintain inventory of ingredients; receive and rotate stock (FIFO).
Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and storage areas each shift.
Follow food safety, allergen, and HACCP procedures.
Assist with opening/closing duties (prep, restock, waste logs).
Required skills & attributes;
Ability to follow recipes, production sheets and verbal instructions.
Good time management and ability to work early mornings and repetitive tasks.
Attention to detail and consistent quality standards.
Physical stamina: standing for long periods, lifting up to 25–50 lbs.
Teamwork and reliable punctuality.
