Key responsibilities:

Prepare, format, proofread and distribute internal and external documents.
Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and expense reporting.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Maintain and update filing systems (electronic and physical) and contact lists.
Support HR/admin tasks: onboarding logistics, maintaining personnel records, scheduling interviews.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks: receipts, invoices, petty cash reconciliation (if required).
Run ad-hoc projects and support cross-functional teams as assigned.

Required qualifications & skills includes:    High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or bachelor’s, Familiarity with small accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero) or expense platforms (Concur, Expensify).
Strong time-management, prioritization, and multitasking ability.
Basic data entry and attention to detail.
Customer-service orientation and professional phone manner.
