Job summary

 Provides administrative and operational support to the HR team to ensure smooth delivery of recruitment, onboarding, HRIS administration, employee records, benefits coordination, and general HR inquiries. This role supports HR processes, maintains accurate records, and helps deliver a positive employee experience.

Respond to employee inquiries about policies, leave, payroll timing, and benefits; escalate complex issues to HR Generalist/Manager.
Support HR reporting and metrics: prepare routine reports (headcount, turnover), track compliance deadlines.
Help maintain and update HR policies, handbooks, training schedules, and internal HR communications.
Support ad-hoc HR projects (employee engagement activities, training logistics, HR audits).

Required qualifications and skills includes:  High school Diploma or equivalent,  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
Customer-service orientation and ability to work with all levels of staff.
Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities.
Comfortable with data entry and basic reporting/Excel skills.
