Key responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver meals; assist with feeding when needed.
Provide medication reminders and basic medication tracking (non‑administering unless licensed).
Light housekeeping: laundry, dishwashing, trash, bed changes, maintaining a safe environment.
Grocery shopping and errands; accompany clients to appointments.
Monitor client condition and report changes (physical, emotional, behavioural) to supervisor/family.
Provide companionship, engage in conversation and cognitive activities.
Follow individualized care plans and document care provided.
Required qualifications such as: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Prior experience in caregiving, home health aide, or related role (1+ year typical).
Basic first aid and CPR certification.
Clean background check
Ability to pass any required employer-provided training and TB screening/vaccination requirements.
