Key responsibilities:
Manage paperwork: release forms, talent sign-ins, expense receipts.
Control set access and maintain set etiquette (silence, lights, movement).
Handle basic equipment (slates, walkie-talkies, batteries) and ensure spares are available.
Coordinate background extras: check-in, wrangling, and placement.
Maintain craft services and on-set safety (tidiness, hazard reporting).
Assist with load-in/load-out and inventory checks.
Required qualifications & Skills
High school Diploma or equivalent, Calm under pressure and able to multitask.
Team player with strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Basic tech literacy (email, Google Drive/Sheets, scheduling tools).
Ability to follow direction and anticipate needs.
