Oversee daily site operations, quality control, and safety.
Handle contracts, change orders, and documentation.
Education and skills:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent, reading blueprints/drawings, cost estimation, scheduling, leadership, communication, problem-solving under pressure, negotiation, analytical skills, organization, time management, and the ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts.
