Key responsibilities:

Coordinate resources: schedule meetings, coordinate team assignments, and manage stakeholders’ calendars.
Documentation & communication: prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, status reports, and project documentation; act as a single point of contact for routine project queries.
Progress tracking & reporting: collect task status, maintain RAG/status dashboards, escalate issues/risks, and produce weekly/monthly status reports for managers and sponsors.
Risk & issue management support: log issues, follow up on action items, and maintain the project risk register.
Budget & procurement assistance: monitor simple budget items, track expenses and invoices, and assist with purchase requests and vendor coordination.

Required skills &  Education

High school Diploma or equivalent,  Strong organizational and time-management skills; attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.
Basic financial literacy for tracking budgets and invoices.
Problem-solving and escalation judgement.
Comfortable with collaboration tools (email, chat, shared docs).
