Greet guests professionally, present food/beverage, answer questions, and make recommendations.
Clear dirty trays, dishes, and room service items from cabins and corridors.
Restock supplies, maintain cleanliness of the room service station/pantry, and handle equipment carefully.
Communicate guest feedback (compliments or complaints) to supervisors.
