Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and specifications.
Managing resources: ordering materials/equipment, controlling budgets, and tracking schedules.
Training, mentoring, and evaluating team members; promoting safe work practices.
Coordinating with project managers, contractors, architects, other trades, and stakeholders.
Maintaining records of work, inspections, inventory, and progress reports.
Performing or overseeing preventive/predictive maintenance and risk assessments.
Qualifications and skills: High school diploma or equivalent, Deep knowledge of electrical systems, motors, control panels, wiring, troubleshooting, blueprints/schematics, and relevant codes, team supervision, motivation, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution and Scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and meeting deadlines.
