Key responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests, present menus, and explain daily specials.
Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into POS.
Serve food and beverages promptly and in proper sequence.
Check on guests during meals and respond to special requests or complaints.
Clear, clean, and reset tables between guests.
Process bills and accept cash/card/mobile payments; balance cash drawer.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
Follow food-safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols.
