Project planning: develop project schedule, sequencing, resource plan, logistics and phasing.
Budget & cost control: prepare and manage budgets, monitor costs, approve invoices, manage change orders, forecast cost-to-complete.
Scheduling: create/maintain CPM schedule, track milestones, accelerate where needed, coordinate subcontractor schedules.
Contract management: administer prime and subcontract agreements, review contract documents, ensure compliance with specs and drawings.
Site supervision: oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, resolve field issues, approve work progress and materials.
Quality control: enforce QC/inspection procedures, punch-list management, document non-conformances and corrective actions.
Safety & compliance: implement site safety plan, enforce OSHA/industry rules, conduct toolbox talks and safety audits.
