Typical responsibilities:
Install, commission and configure equipment/systems at customer locations.
Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Execute planned maintenance and emergency/service calls.
Test systems and verify performance against specifications.
Provide customer training, handover, and documentation (service reports, change logs).
Escalate complex issues to engineering/support teams; follow through to resolution.
Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and field service kit.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory procedures.
