Core responsibilities / daily tasks:
Move goods to/from storage locations and production lines; stage orders for shipping.
Pick and palletize orders accurately and prepare shipments (stretch-wrap, label).
Conduct pre- and post-shift equipment inspections and report defects immediately.
Follow pick/pack/ship procedures, use handheld scanners / WMS, and maintain inventory accuracy.
Secure loads, follow stacking and storage rules, and observe load capacities.
Maintain housekeeping in assigned areas; remove obstructions and dispose of debris.
Comply with company safety policies, PPE requirements, and OSHA regulations; participate in safety meetings and incident reporting.
Assist with cycle counts, stock replenishment, and other warehouse tasks as needed.
