Barista

Core Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation: Make espresso-based drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, americanos), coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages
Equipment Operation: Operate espresso machines, grinders, milk frothers, and blenders
Customer Service: Take orders, answer menu questions, handle payments, and ensure customer satisfaction
Station Maintenance: Keep the barista station clean, organized, and sanitized
Inventory Management: Restock supplies (coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups) and alert management to low stock
Food Handling: Follow health and safety guidelines; some baristas also serve food items.
