Core Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor packaging machinery (fillers, sealers, labelers, wrappers, cartoners, palletizers)
Inspect finished packages for defects, correct labeling, proper seals, and weight/count accuracy
Load raw materials (boxes, film, labels, containers) into machines and replenish as needed
Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance on equipment; report major issues to maintenance/engineering
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), especially in food, pharma, or cosmetics settings
Conduct quality checks — weight checks, visual inspections, barcode/date code verification
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
