Operations Management
Supervise daily laundry operations (washing, drying, pressing, folding, and sorting linens, uniforms, and guest/patient garments)
Schedule and assign tasks to laundry attendants and staff
Ensure production targets and turnaround times are met
Monitor inventory of linens, detergents, and supplies, and reorder as needed
Quality Control
Inspect finished laundry for cleanliness, stains, and damage
Ensure proper sorting to prevent colour bleeding or fabric damage
Enforce fabric care standards (temperature, chemical use, fold/press techniques).
