Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during assigned shifts
Ensure tables are served promptly and food/drink quality meets standards
Monitor dining room flow, seating, and wait times
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues on the spot
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Staff Management
Supervise, train, and coach servers, hosts, bussers, and sometimes kitchen staff
Assign duties and stations at the start of each shift
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
Handle scheduling conflicts and cover shifts as needed
Conduct or assist with onboarding of new employees.
