Emergency Support: Respond to emergencies (fire, medical incidents, evacuations), follow emergency procedures, and coordinate with authorities.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce site rules (no smoking/restricted areas), check alarms, and ensure procedures are followed.
Reporting & Documentation: Write clear shift reports, incident logs, and handover notes at the end of each shift.
