Core responsibilities

Preparing and serving coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other beverages according to recipes and quality standards
Operating espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
Taking customer orders and processing payments (POS systems)
Maintaining cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
Restocking supplies (milk, syrups, cups, pastries, etc.)
Following food safety and health regulations
