Bartender

Core duties

Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks — mixing cocktails, pouring beer/wine, following recipes and pour standards
Taking orders directly from customers or through wait staff
Checking IDs to verify legal drinking age
Handling cash and card payments, operating the POS system, balancing the till at shift end
Keeping the bar stocked, clean, and organized (garnishes, glassware, ice, liquor inventory)
Monitoring guests’ alcohol consumption and cutting off service responsibly when needed
Following health, safety, and licensing regulations.
