Core Responsibilities:
Operating machinery: Running and monitoring filling lines, mixing tanks, pasteurizers, capping/labeling machines, and packaging equipment
Quality control: Checking product for correct fill levels, carbonation, taste, color, and packaging integrity; pulling samples for lab testing
Recipe/formula adherence: Measuring and adding ingredients according to batch sheets or formulas
Troubleshooting: Identifying and correcting minor equipment issues, jams, or misalignments during a production run
Cleaning and sanitation: Performing CIP (clean-in-place) procedures and following food-safety/hygiene protocols between batches or shifts
Documentation: Logging production counts, downtime, waste, and quality checks (often digitally)
