Key Responsibilities:
Preventive maintenance: scheduling and performing routine inspections, servicing, and part replacements to avoid unexpected failures
Troubleshooting & repair: diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic faults and repairing or coordinating repairs
Equipment installation: setting up new machinery and ensuring proper commissioning
Documentation: maintaining logs of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and equipment history
Compliance & safety: ensuring equipment meets health, safety, and regulatory standards; conducting risk assessments
Process improvement: analyzing downtime data and recommending upgrades or changes to reduce failures and improve efficiency.
