Core Responsibilities:
Installation – Set up new pumps (centrifugal, positive displacement, submersible, etc.) including alignment, piping connections, and electrical hookups.
Preventive Maintenance – Perform scheduled inspections, lubrication, seal/bearing checks, and vibration analysis to prevent failures.
Diagnostics & Repair – Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues; replace worn parts like impellers, seals, bearings, and motors.
Testing – Run performance tests (flow rate, pressure, efficiency) before and after repairs.
Documentation – Keep maintenance logs, service reports, and parts inventory records.
