Kitchen Helper

Ingredient preparation: Washing, peeling, cutting, chopping, slicing, measuring, weighing, mixing, or pre-portioning vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients as directed by cooks.
Dishwashing and utensil care: Washing, drying, and organizing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, cutting boards, and kitchen equipment (by hand or with commercial dishwashers).
Cleaning and sanitation: Sweeping and mopping floors; cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces, equipment, appliances, sinks, and areas; emptying garbage, replacing bags, and cleaning bins.
Receiving and stocking: Unloading deliveries from trucks/vendors, verifying items, storing food and supplies properly (following FIFO/rotation and food safety rules), and restocking ingredients or supplies to maintain levels.
