Driller

Operate and maintain drilling equipment: drawworks, mud pumps, rotary/top drive, crown block, hoisting systems, BOP controls (as applicable).
Supervise and lead drill crew (roughnecks, derrickhands, motormen), assign tasks and oversee shift handovers.
Monitor drilling parameters (rate of penetration, torque, pump pressure, bit wear, mud properties) and implement adjustments to optimize performance.
Execute and verify well control and pressure management procedures; operate BOP/annular systems in coordination with company man and toolpusher.
Maintain accurate operational logs: drilling reports, mud records, trip sheets, NPT tracking, and parts/material requisitions.
Conduct and document pre-shift and post-shift inspections; ensure planned maintenance and routine repairs are completed.
