Kitchen Steward

Kitchen sanitation — Cleaning and sanitizing floors, walls, drains, prep surfaces, workstations, refrigerators, freezers, ovens, grills, stoves, hoods, and other equipment to health-code standards.
Deep cleaning — Scheduled thorough cleaning of hoods, filters, ovens, cooktops, and exhaust systems.
Waste and grease management — Sorting and removing trash, recycling, compost, and grease; keeping disposal areas clean and compliant.
Restocking and organization — Returning clean wares and utensils to stations; assisting with receiving, storing, and rotating food and supply deliveries; maintaining organized storage areas (pantries, coolers, freezers).
