Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Talking with clients about symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and treatment goals.
Evaluating clients before and during sessions to identify painful, tense, or restricted areas (posture, range of motion, muscle condition).
Applying various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports, trigger-point, myofascial, or specialized modalities).
Developing and adjusting individualized treatment plans.
Providing guidance on stretching, strengthening, posture, relaxation, and self-care.
Documenting client conditions, progress, and sessions.
Maintaining a clean, sanitized workspace and equipment.
