Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Coordination
Oversee daily activities of workers, subcontractors, and site staff
Assign tasks and monitor progress against the project schedule
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments
Conduct site briefings and toolbox talks
Safety & Compliance
Enforce health and safety regulations (PPE, hazard controls, permits)
Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections
Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards
Investigate and report incidents or accidents.
