Key Responsibilities / Duties
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules/timetables.
Interpret contracts, blueprints, and technical information; collaborate with architects, engineers, and other specialists.
Select, schedule, and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
Monitor progress, report to clients/owners and company leadership, and manage change orders.
Respond to delays, emergencies, or problems; resolve on-site issues.
Oversee quality control, safety compliance (e.g., OSHA standards), and adherence to building codes and regulations.
