Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery/equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Load raw materials, monitor the production process, and unload finished products
Perform quality checks throughout the shift (visual inspection, measurements, sampling) and flag defects
Record production data — output counts, downtime, defects, machine settings — in logs or systems
Perform routine machine maintenance (cleaning, minor adjustments, changeovers) and report malfunctions
Follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and comply with health & safety regulations.
