Core Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor packaging machinery (fillers, sealers, labelers, wrappers, palletizers, etc.)
Load raw materials/products into packaging lines and ensure correct configuration for each product run
Monitor the production line for jams, misalignments, or defects and make adjustments as needed
Inspect finished packages for quality — checking seals, labels, weights, and overall appearance
Perform basic troubleshooting and minor equipment maintenance
Record production data (output counts, downtime, defect rates) on logs or digital systems.
