Prepare espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, Americanos, cold brew, pour-overs, and specialty drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment (cleaning, calibrating, troubleshooting basic issues).
Grind coffee beans, steam/froth milk, and create latte art.
Take customer orders, recommend drinks or food pairings, and provide friendly, efficient service.
Handle cash/card transactions and operate POS systems.
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, counters, and work area (food safety and hygiene standards).
