Setting up and maintaining assigned stations/tables (linen, silverware, glassware, china) to company standards.
Greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, explaining dishes/ingredients (including allergens and substitutions), and making recommendations or upselling.
Taking accurate orders, coordinating with the galley (kitchen) and assistant waiters for timely service, and delivering food/beverages in the correct sequence.
