Primary Responsibilities:
Equipment operation: Start up, operate, monitor, adjust, and shut down fillers, cappers, labelers, conveyors, case packers, palletizers, blenders, carbonation systems, pasteurizers, CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems, and related machinery.
Setup and changeovers: Load raw materials (bottles/cans, labels, caps, corrugate, ingredients), perform package/size/flavor changeovers, and sequence equipment.
Quality and process control: Conduct visual inspections, in-process checks (fill levels, seals, labels, codes, weights), take samples for lab analysis, monitor parameters (temperature, pressure, flow, carbonation), and ensure products meet specifications and customer standards.
Sanitation and cleaning: Perform CIP, COP (Clean-out-of-Place), hand cleaning, and area sanitation according to GMPs, SOPs, and master sanitation schedules. Maintain sanitary conditions to prevent contamination.
