Key Responsibilities:
Setting up, operating, adjusting, and monitoring packaging machinery (fillers, sealers, labelers, cartoners, blister packers, shrink banders, case sealers, etc.).
Performing line clearances, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting or minor preventative maintenance.
Inspecting packaging materials and finished products for defects, correct labelling (lot codes, expiration dates), seal integrity, and count accuracy.
Assembling packaging components (boxes, containers, bags), packing products, labelling, and preparing for shipment or palletizing.
Maintaining accurate production logs, batch records, and material usage documentation.
Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas according to SOPs and sanitation standards.
