Key Responsibilities:
Responding to work orders and emergency calls for repairs.
Diagnosing and fixing issues with plumbing (leaks, clogs, fixtures), electrical systems (outlets, switches, lighting, breakers), HVAC, and mechanical equipment (motors, pumps, belts, conveyors).
Handling basic carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, door/hardware, and exterior/grounds tasks.
Inspecting buildings and equipment for safety and compliance issues.
Reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Using hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment.
