Driller

Operate and control the drilling rig and related equipment during rotary and tripping operations.
Supervise and coordinate the rig crew (roughnecks, motormen, derrickmen) and contractors during all drilling activities.
Execute drilling programs, manage drill string, drilling fluid (mud) and maintain well control.
Monitor and maintain drilling parameters (weight on bit, ROP, torque, pump pressure) and optimize performance.
Conduct pre-shift and post-shift briefings; maintain accurate operational logs and shift reports.
Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Required qualifications & skills

Technical/vocational training in drilling/mechanical fields preferred,  Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Leadership and crew-management skills; clear communicator.
Good situational awareness and decision-making under pressure.
Ability to read drilling/program reports and interpret instrumentation.
Physical fitness and ability to work in harsh environments and shift rotations.
