Typical Duties & Responsibilities
Keep products and packaging materials organized to avoid mix-ups (FIFO/FEFO if applicable).
Monitor production output and report downtime, defects, or quality issues.
Follow GMP / food safety / pharma / industrial compliance procedures (as required by industry).
Maintain cleanliness of work area and follow housekeeping standards.
Complete paperwork and documentation (batch records, checklists, deviation reports).
Follow all EHS (safety, health, environment) rules, including PPE requirements.
Support inventory activities (material handling, stock replenishment).
Escalate issues to supervisors/quality team when out-of-spec conditions occur.
Required Skills such as: Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.
Attention to detail (labels, dates, counts, and packaging integrity).
Basic mechanical/equipment handling skills.
Good teamwork and ability to work on a shift schedule.
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for long periods.
