Typical Duties
Operate basic production equipment (e.g., mixers, conveyors, fillers, sealers—depends on industry)
Inspect parts for defects and follow quality standards (visual checks, measuring tools, etc.)
Pack, label, and palletize finished goods
Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance (cleaning, replacing parts, reporting issues)
Meet production targets and follow shift schedules
Follow safety procedures and use required PPE (gloves, goggles, ear protection, etc.)
Required Skills / Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, Ability to work on your feet for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic math skills (counting, measurements) and ability to read work instructions
Mechanical aptitude (ability to learn equipment use)
Good communication and teamwork.
