Job Summary
Inspect finished items for defects and follow quality-check procedures.
Pack, label, and palletize products for shipment.
Move materials using hand trucks, carts, or forklifts (if certified/authorized).
Follow safety guidelines, wearing PPE (personal protective equipment) as required.
Maintain clean work areas , record production numbers, defects, or batch information (paper or system entry).
Report issues to supervisors (equipment malfunctions, quality problems, shortages).
Follow shift schedules and meet production targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools/equipment.
Strong attention to detail for quality checks.
Basic math skills (measuring, counting, reading quantities).
Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
