Job Description
Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs all types of pumps and rotating equipment, Repair, fabricate, install & remove centrifugal, gear, diaphragm, submersible, and reciprocating pumps, Perform new base installations and new equipment startups
Perform layout, design and installation of new pump systems and upgrading older systems
Disassemble, inspect, document findings and repair pumps per manufacturer specs
Rebuilding pumps in the field and shop rebuilds
Repairs mechanical pumps including seals, impellers, bearings and electric motors
Performs daily, routine checks and preventive/predictive inspections,
Requirement/Qualifications
High school Diploma or equivalent, Rotating equipment, 3-phase and single-phase motors, AC/DC motors
Understanding flow rates, pressures and data
SCADA controls, MODBUS, Soft start systems
Welding, fabrication, pipe fitting, machining
Reading technical drawings, piping & wiring schematics.
