Key Responsibilities:
Developing, implementing, and managing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies and schedules.
Performing or overseeing routine inspections, servicing, and repairs of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and other systems.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment faults or breakdowns (often using diagnostic tools, schematics, and root-cause analysis techniques such as FMEA or RCFA).
Installing, commissioning, upgrading, or replacing equipment and components.
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance, repairs, installations, and equipment history (frequently via CMMS/Computerized Maintenance Management Systems such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar).
Managing spare parts inventory, ordering components, and controlling maintenance budgets/costs.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, or equivalent local standards).
Requirements/Qualification
High school Diploma or equivalent, strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, schematics, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with industrial equipment (pumps, compressors, conveyors, HVAC, PLCs, hydraulics, etc.).
Experience with predictive maintenance techniques and tools.
Ability to work with heavy equipment and follow safety procedures.
