Job Summary
Greets customers, takes orders, serves food and beverages, checks on guests during their meal, and handles payments while providing friendly, efficient service, Present menus and make recommendations (if needed)
Take food and drink orders accurately
Relay orders to the kitchen/bar and confirm special requests
Serve meals and beverages in a timely manner
Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and refill items (water, coffee, etc.)
Clear plates and reset tables.
Required Skills such as; Excellent communication and customer service
Ability to work well under pressure and manage time
Attention to detail (accurate orders, correct items)
Basic math skills for tips and totals
Teamwork and professionalism
Comfort standing/walking for long periods.
