Barista

Core Responsibilities:

Take customer orders at the counter or register, and process payments
Grind and measure coffee beans, steam/froth milk, operate espresso machines
Maintain cleanliness of equipment, counters, and seating areas
Restock supplies (cups, syrups, milk, pastries)
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Handle simple food prep (pastries, sandwiches) at many cafes
Provide friendly customer service and handle complaints or special requests.
