Core Responsibilities:
Cabin cleaning – making beds, changing linens/towels, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms, restocking toiletries
Turnover service – deep-cleaning cabins between cruises when one set of guests disembarks and new ones board
Guest requests – handling special requests like extra pillows, towel animals, celebration decorations, or maintenance issues
Inventory management – tracking and restocking supplies (linens, amenities, minibar items in some cases)
Inspection readiness – ensuring cabins meet strict hygiene and presentation standards.
