Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Scheduling: Develop project timelines, work schedules, and phasing plans
Budget Management: Estimate costs, track expenses, approve payments, manage change orders
Team Coordination: Hire and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and site staff
Site Oversight: Conduct daily site visits/inspections to monitor progress and quality
Compliance: Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations (OSHA), permits, and zoning laws
Communication: Serve as liaison between owners, architects, engineers, and government officials
Problem-Solving: Address delays, design issues, weather disruptions, and material shortages.
