Quality control — inspecting work to ensure it meets specifications, codes, and standards
Scheduling — coordinating timelines, sequencing tasks, and keeping the project on schedule
Resource management — tracking materials, equipment, and tools; ordering supplies as needed
Communication — liaising between workers, project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
